Day 1: First Encounter in Guiyang

Upon arrival in Guiyang, we will be transferred to our city hotel by private car. We will rest in the afternoon. In the evening, we will visit Jiaxiu Tower (best lit from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM). For dinner, we will try silk dumplings and intestine noodles at Erqi Road Snack Street.

Highlights: No mandatory shopping, allowing time for acclimatization. We recommend local street food.

Day 2: In-depth Tour of Huangguoshu

After breakfast, we will depart for Huangguoshu (approximately 2.5 hours), prioritizing the lower section of Tianxing Bridge (Tianxing Cave and Yinlianzhuitan Waterfall). We will have lunch at the scenic area, and in the afternoon, we will visit Huangguoshu Grand Waterfall (walking through the Water Curtain Cave) and Doupotang Waterfall. We will stay in Anshun in the evening.

Highlights: A 3-hour in-depth tour of Tianxing Bridge with a guide explaining geology. No shopping stops. Day 3: Explore Xiaoqikong in Libo

Visit Xiaoqikong (approximately 3 hours), then take a sightseeing bus to Wolongtan (with optional bamboo rafting), Yuanyang Lake (boating available in summer), and Cuigu Waterfall (water treading available). Savor Libo sour pork for lunch, and visit the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge and the 68-step waterfall in the afternoon. Stay in Libo in the evening, with the option of grilled fish at the riverside night market for dinner.

Day 4: Immerse yourself in Xijiang Miao Village

Visit Xijiang Miao Village (approximately 2.5 hours), staying in a stilt house mid-mountain. Savor Miao cuisine for lunch (including the “High Mountain Flowing Water” experience). In the afternoon, learn to make glutinous rice cakes, visit the Xijiang Museum, and visit the observation deck. In the evening, enjoy free Miao folk song and dance, and admire the Thousand Houses Sea of ​​Lights (8:00 PM – 10:30 PM).
